My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. Dieting 201 - Building metabolism by doing Interval Training (Cardio Swimming/Biking/Core)(*nerves,*reflexes).
Dieting 301 - Selecting Proper Dietary Foods.
Dieting 401 - Micro Intermittent Fasting
***Dieting 501 - Using (F)ats/(C)arbs/(P)rotein in the right Ratios for burning calories [Metabolism - Changing Fuel (F)(C)(P) sources dependent on your dietary habits] to get Washboard Abs.

Bodybuilding 401 - Stacking different and all types of Muscle Fiber and Fluid Plasma together.
Myofibrillar (**Muscle Fiber) Hypertrophy (Fast Twitch: Type 2B) + Sacroplasmic (**Fluid) Hypertrophy (Slow Twitch: Type 1) + Intermediate Speed (Type 2A). A good model of this approach is the Rock (aka moviestar).
Bodybuilding 501 - Not offered. AS, RC, JH.
Powerlifting 101 - Proper lifting form.
Powerlifting 201 - Normal speed of lift
Powerlifting 301 - Ballistics/Tempo training (Lifting explosively but correctly at certain angles)
Powerlifting 401 - Conjugate Sequencing. Doing different exercises every 2 months to gain muscle mass, CNS/Brain excitement leading to bigger gains (*Nerves, *Reflexes)
(501 - Not offered - WSBC).
***Building Nerve Pathways (lifting weights and doing Sprint Cardio) allows the body to properly burn Protein/Carbs/Fats for Fuel more efficiently than just dieting alone. This is dieting without lifting weights and/or doing cardio.
*Nerves = CNS, PNS, and CNS/PNS Feedbackloop, Golgi-Tendon Reflex.
*Reflexes
Homostatic Inequilibrium: Too much too fast. Improper balance of dieting, muscle building, interval training, work, and life situations does not lead an individual to an Optimum Nash Equilibrium when it comes to overall body physique and mental health. This is due to losing weight to fast, gaining muscle too fast, overuse injuries (joints), and CNS taxation (life situations).
This is why you need me instead of the competition. I am focused on your goals and mine but solely for financial reasons.
